You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity.<ul><li>Forecast and deploy labor effectively and create team schedules to meet targets/budgets.</li><li>Ensure all compliance and health and safety standards are met, keeping the store running smoothly.</li><li>Drive sales, profit, and service excellence for your store and complete financial reports/stock takes.</li><li>Team Management: Monitor quality of service and performance, coach, and inspire your team.</li></ul> What we’re looking for We are after experienced and enthusiastic Managers who can drive sales and exceed KPIs, with a strong background in team management and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for people who are driven, communicative, and passionate about all things coffee! Requirements:<ul><li>Previous coffee experience.</li><li>Monday to Sunday flexibility.</li><li>2–3 years of store management experience.</li><li>Food Handler’s Manager Certification is essential but can be acquired once onboard.</li><li>Provide 3 professional references.</li></ul> About Black Sheep Coffee We were founded by Eirik and Gabe, university roommates who quit their jobs to leave the herd behind and embark on an exciting coffee journey, striving not only to rid the world of boring coffee but to do this sustainably and ethically.
